Paris hotel breakfast designed to please our guests
The derivation of our present day breakfast can trace its history back to the 15th century. The word literally means the breaking of the fast which has been imposed on us overnight by the demands of a night's sleep. The meal is often referred to by nutrition experts as the most important of the day. Refuelling your body within an hour or so of waking replenishes your sugar levels, thereby supplying your muscles with an immediate charge of energy. It also aids in learning, memorisation and concentration, and reduces you hunger later in the day. The British Heart Foundation says that breakfast helps you to resist the temptation of sugary snacks before lunch!
So Les Plumes Hotel is delighted to draw your attention to our breakfast buffet. We offer a choice of hot drinks, or fruit juice. There is bread and pastries fresh from the baker's oven. Eggs, bacon and sausages provide protein. You can enjoy compotes and fruit salads, dairy products such as yoghurt and cheese, and a selection of cold meats.
